Family Models: Teachers' views on this topic within curricula
Rejfová, Dominika ; Smetáčková, Irena (advisor) ; Hyánková, Tereza (referee)
The bachelor thesis "Family Models: Teachers' views on this topic within curricula" explores how teachers deal with family models in teaching according to their professional experience. I am interested in how teachers perceive the inclusion of family models into teaching. Whether more time should be devoted to this topic in ZSV classes or whether, on the contrary, this topic is sufficiently represented in the curricula. I am focusing on whether teachers present only the traditional family as a model or whether they try to include other family models in their teaching. Other related questions are then derived from this. These include how teachers apply family models in their teaching, whether teachers are afraid to express their opinions or whether they feel constrained in their practice by the school or parents. In the theoretical part, I focus on the terminology of family, the teacher as a person, and the family in the curriculum and teaching. I want to highlight the importance of the family for the child and the factors influencing the form and functionality of the family. In the practical part, qualitative research is carried out based on the interviews with ten informants teaching ZSV in a high school. Based on the thematic analysis, it was found that informants evaluate the inclusion of family...
